organizations. Services include identity, web, print, and information design.

Design Fellow
October 2007 – September 2008
Worked with the Director of Elections and Secretary of State’s staff on print and web
material for Oregon’s statewide elections. Also worked with the Design for Democracy
Managing Director and County Elections Officials on updating ballot designs to meet
federal guidelines. Responsibilities included research, design, copywriting, updating of
existing materials and oversight of printing.

Environmental Stewardship, University of Washington
Freelance project: identity and collateral material
March 2007 – July 2007
Worked with a team of students to create an identity system for a university wide
sustainability campaign. Work included identity, print materials and web organization.

Freelance project: print collateral
September 2007 – May 2007
Collaborated with another student to develop the concept and visuals for a yearly
event which included postcard mailers, programs, signage and awards. Other
responsibilities included client presentations and file preparation for printing.

Senior mentor teacher’s assistant

Worked as a teacher’s assistant for the entry level design class at the University of
Washington. Responsibilities included holding office hours and three critiques every
week, individual meetings with students and giving short presentations during the
larger lecture class.
